On the Agenda: 14 PCS students to participate in a youth festival in Germany
In cooperation with the Municipality of Bremen and the Youth Educational Center LidiceHaus, 14 students and 2 leaders from the PCS were selected to participate in a youth festival "Bridges for Youth" in Germany between July 27 and August 8. Students will participate in circus workshops, creating and performing a show and getting to know each other and the city of Bremen.

What we have been up to: First Summer Camp for PCS students
From June 8 to June 15, PCS organized a summer camp for it's beginner students.
Students trained intensively throughout this period and on the last day, they got the chance to perform in front of their friends and families who were very proud and happy of the results. On that day, PCS also hosted a beautiful presentation by the Orient Dance Theatre!
In August, the second camp will be organized for 35 students of the preparatory and multi groups bringing together students from Ramallah, Birzeit, Jenin and Al Fara' RC. Intensive trainings will take place between August 12 and 19. And we are happy to welcome 3 circus volunteers from Germany who will join the trainings for the students!

What we have been up to: Open Days 2015
On May 1, PCS celebrated the graduation of its' students from Birzeit and Ramallah.
At the end of the graduation ceremony and on the occasion of the International Workers' Day, PCS, in collaboration with Birzeit Municipality and different local institutions, organized a voluntary and artistic parade that invaded the streets of Birzeit. All together we cleaned streets, painted pavements, walls and electricity pillars and performed circus, dabkeh and different theatrical plays.
A big Thank You to Birzeit Municipality, Somood Dabkeh Troupe, the Latin Church, Rozana Association, Birzeit Women Charitable Society, Birzeit Orthodox Scouts, Birzeit Club, Youth Local Council of Birzeit, Palestinian Police and the Palestinian Civil Defense.
On May 7, the open days for the Jenin Rehabilitation Center, Jenin Boys group and Al Faraa group were organized. The days included students' graduation ceremonies and wonderful presentations by the students and trainers. Hundreds of children, families and friends joined us at the Open Days and made it days full of celebrating circus in Palestine.
On May 8, the student show group presented the first outcomes of their hard work in front of their friends and families. It was a GREAT presentation, so we can only wait anxiously for the final show next year! Best of luck to the show group!!

What we have been up to: Launching event of the Palestinian Performing Arts Network
On June 18, all founding members of the Palestinian Performing Arts Network celebrated its official launching at Al Bireh Municipality Cultural Center. The day started with a press conference and was followed by wonderful performances by the partners.
The Network includes 12 active cultural artistic institutions: Al Harah Theatre, Popular Arts Center, Yes Theatre, Edward Said National Conservatory of Music, Al Funoon Popular Dance Troupe, the Freedom Theatre, Ashtar Theatre, The Palestinian Circus School, Al Kamandjati, The Magnificat and A.M. Al Qattan Foundation, which was running the network until its official registration. The network is funded by the Swedish Consulate in Jerusalem and the European Union.
The aim of the network is to raise awareness about performing arts and to advocate for the sector.

B-ORDERS toured Germany, Palestine and Brazil and will soon be performing @ Edinburgh Fringe Festival in the UK!!

In Mach & April, B-Orders toured Germany and Palestine, reaching over 1600 people with 12 performances. 6 shows in Germany in Herne, Jena and Potsdam and 6 shows in Palestine in Nazareth, Birzeit and Jerusalem. Between June 4 and 7 B-Orders also had 4 sold out performances in Brazil at the Festival Internacional Sesc de Circo, reaching another 1350 people.
B-Orders was received greatly by all audiences, which was obvious through the discussions that were held with the audience after every show, and the many notes we received on the social media! A note from one of our audiences in Palestine: "Thank you for an aspiring, authentic, honest and uplifting performance. looking forward to future productions"
Another comment from Brazil: "I saw you guys on Friday and it was just amazing and inspiring. So delicate and so deep. I almost cried and I could not talk when it was over. I practice circus too and seeing you performing gave much more sense to what I want with circus. This is the kind of art I think humanity needs. I wish someday I could do something like this. ..." In August B-Orders will have 20 performances in Edinburgh at the Fringe Festival between August 7 and 29 and a performance in Lithuania in September! B-Orders also received invitations to participate in different festivals in Latin America. Stay tuned for more about the show!!

Mish Zabta performances continue to hit the road!
Mish Zabta continues to perform shows for thousands of Palestinian children and adults, injecting them with hope and laughter. Between December 2014 and June 2015, 19 shows were performed in Birzeit, Jenin, Al Jalazone Refugee Camp, Hebron, Bethlehem, Kofor Aqab, Ramallah and Za'ayem.
And it's not over yet. Mish Zabta will keep touring the country until December 2015.

PCS cooperation with different partners :
- PCS participated in Beit Jala Summer Festival for Culture and Arts on June 18 in cooperation with the Arab Orthodox Scouts Troupe.
- On June 16, PCS participated in an event organized by UNIPAL at the inter-continental Hotel in Jericho
- On May 27, PCS trainers and a selection of its students from The Jenin Rehabilitation Center participated in an event organized by the Ministry of Civil Affairs in Ramallah.
- On April 2, PCS students presented circus numbers during "Bastet Farah" event in Jerusalem
- On December 22, PCS gave a presentation in celebration of the lightening of the chrtistmas tree in cooperation with Birzeit Scouts
- "Suicide Note from Palestine" by The Freedom Theatre performed under the cirucs tent on December 30
- "The Magic Bell" by Al Harah Theatre performed under the circus tent on December 29
